As previously indicated, we will continue working on making connections to what we are already doing to drive development. Safety is engaged in employee development and continues to push the bar. You may recall a recent Pipeline article featuring the mobilization of construction crews for the Hess Stampede project. We were able to leverage leadership tools previously created to provide courses related to the isolation of hazardous energy.
We have also developed a Crane Improvement Team with subject matter experts from safety, operations, management and field supervisors. The purpose of the CIT is to audit our processes, improve performance and promote safety controls that highlight our crane operations being the preferred choice for our customers. We will identify key Danos employees within our crane crews to become Lift Champs. These Lift Champs will be selected based on their leadership, skills and passion for winning. The best way to promote a safer environment is to listen to our guys with boots on the ground. Their development and contribution will be foundational to our ability to become world class.
We are excited to facilitate our second annual Safety Focus forum in the Permian July 25 & 27. With each work location, we are challenged with different obstacles, hazards and climate concerns. While we are all one body, our employees working in the West have a different set of hazards and concerns that make it necessary to communicate and provide opportunities for development through our Safety Focus initiative. As we continue to expand our footprint, we are looking for opportunities to help drive development in different areas through our Safety Focus forums.
