A Message from Eric Danos

By: Eric Danos

Each year we select one person from our organization to be recognized as the Dwain “Hog” Carrell Field Employee of the Year. This award is the highest honor given to a field employee.

This is important because Danos’ success in achieving our purpose is largely dependent on how the thousands of men and women deployed throughout the world represent our company.

I encourage you to think about the Danos employees you work with, then take a couple of minutes to recognize someone who lives out our Purpose, Values and High Performance Culture. Your part of the process will only take a few minutes. Once nominations have been submitted, we will recognize the nominees before selecting a small group of finalists. The overall winner will be announced this spring at the Safety Focus.

If you want to know more about the award’s namesake and why this award is named after him, please see this article.
