Appalachia Reaches 5 Years No Recordables

Shell recently celebrated 5 years of no recordables in Appalachia. Danos currently has 36 employees along with several supporting roles who have helped make this possible. We are very proud of this tremendous accomplishment.

Operations Manager Rene Vidrine comments on his team's continued success: 

"I wanted to take a moment to congratulate you on this outstanding milestone of 5 years with no OSHA recordable incidents! This is a tremendous accomplishment that you should all be very proud of. We talk about safety being a core value. You are proof that if we set our minds to safety and commit to it, then we can work incident free.Thanks again for your commitment to working safe and to being leaders in our industry’s safety performance. I am proud and excited to be a part of this team and am confident that we will continue to have great success in safety."

Shell Vice President of Unconventionals Michael Crothers was also impressed by the continued safety culture of our team:

Rene Vidrine

Rene joined Danos in 2006 as a safety specialist. In 2012, he was one of the employees leading the operational efforts in the Permian Basin. Because of these efforts, Rene was named 2015 staff employee of the year. He is currently the Shale Operations Manager for the business in the Utica, Permian and Eagle Ford regions.
