Behavior Based Observations

The infographic below breaks down the 65,000+ at risk conversations had about safety this year from January to November into the 5 most talked about categories. Generally speaking, it is estimated that approximately 85% or more accidents are caused by unsafe behaviors. The importance of these behavior based safety observations is that it gives us a chance to affect the unsafe behaviors causing accidents. It also gives us an opportunity for positive feedback to encourage continued safe behaviors.
