Being SMART about Hydration

This time of year means higher risk when it comes to heat-related hazards at work and home. As we begin to have conversations about drinking enough water and taking breaks, we also need to think about our plan to ensure we are actively working to lessen that risk.

For this reason, we want to share some good “before, during, and after” guidelines to make sure our conversations turn into positive outcomes on heat stress prevention. Please feel free to download our poster and post it in restroom stalls, by water fountains, and use it in your JSEAs.
