Customer Service Superstars

Last week I (Eric Danos) traveled to Midland to visit with our awesome team there. During my time in Midland we were talking about things that are going well in the Danos Permian Business Unit. One of the things brought up was the excellent service the Midland office receives from our IT department. Dean Plaisance and Corey Stein were specifically mentioned.

These men understand what Service means, and do an excellent job of it. When Dean or Corey are called with a challenge they respond with urgency. It was said that they are available any time of day or night. They are very good technically at their job and no matter what the challenge, they respond with a positive can-do attitude. Sometimes that even means jumping on a plane in the middle of the night to get over there to fix something. Dean and Corey are great examples of the many men and women throughout Danos living our service value every day.  

Eric Danos

Eric Danos oversees the company’s finance, safety, human resources and land activities. A third-generation owner and member of the Danos Board of Directors, Eric began his career at Danos in 2004 as an operations manager for the international labor division. Eric has a B.S. in Marketing from Louisiana State University and an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
