Danos for the WIN

26-May-2016

Friday May 20, Danos received a call from a customer that they had a short notice turn around to get a blasting and painting crew mobilized and working offshore ASAP. Project Coordinator Kim Dang and Equipment and Materials Coordinator Perry Pellegrin sprang in to action to meet the customer's needs.

Kim put together a 5 man offshore paint crew with the right experience for the job and lined up training with our vendors to even get weekend call outs for some of the required training needed for the job.

Perry feverishly ordered parts, pieces, equipment, materials, and consumables to ensure we had everything required for the job, and then spent the weekend driving to locations to gather the job orders and make ready a shipment on Sunday afternoon.

Kim, Perry, and the paint crew showed what operational excellence and customer service should be measured by to make this project happen on such short notice.
