Cecil Waters is one of the best superintendents at Danos. He is willing to show the new guys how to do their job the proper way or more efficiently. Cecil is willing to get in and get his hands dirty when needed. He takes the time to get to know each person in his crew going above and beyond most superintendents. He has deep family values not only for his own family but for others as well.

Cecil Waters is the best superintendent that I ever had a privilege to work and someone I consider a friend. He is very thorough and professional about all aspects of the job and follows safety rules and regulations but most of all, he always puts our company first. He represents Danos with high standards and integrity. I would work for Mr. Waters anywhere in the the oil and gas industry.
