Reminder: With a goal of improving the employee experience for all employees, Danos has embarked on a technology transformation project to improve current HR systems.

The software used to manage the lifecycle of an employee is known as a Human Capital Management system, or HCM. This system is designed to help administer the applicant process from posting jobs, interviewing and tracking candidates within the process, to onboarding new employees, benefits administration, compensation management, talent and performance management.

At the end of 2019, a team of employees went through a rigorous process to select Oracle HCM, a cloud-based service that can effectively bundle core HR processes. The core implementation of this new system will be finalized during the summer of 2021.

Oracle HCM is the comprehensive project to replace our current human resources technology.
