Like a Boss

By: The Danos Foundation

The Danos Foundation Online Silent Auction offered a wide array of items to bid on with proceeds benefiting our local communities. One of the bid items was the Boss for a Day, where the winner takes a walk in the shoes of an executive. Danos Area Manager Greg Short won the bid for his 12-year old daughter, Cadence.

Recently, Cadence got to experience what it's like to be a boss at Danos. With her own office and official name plate, Cadence shadowed several leaders at our headquarters office in Gray. She attended meetings and weighed in on different topics, getting the full experience of what it's like to be the decision maker.

Thanks to the tremendous support from our employees, like Greg, the Danos Foundation raised over $8,000 to help solve BIG challenges for our communities.
