LOOP Galliano Celebrates 16 Years Incident-Free

With the completion of work on Feb. 26, 2018, LOOP Galliano celebrated 16 years of incident-free operations. The journey has not been easy as this milestone was accomplished by working 534,000 man-hours safely. The appreciation of the milestone is well noted by LOOP. Darren Faucheux, superintendent of operations and maintenance, had this to say, “Congratulations to the entire Danos crew for another incredible milestone of 16 years no lost-time incidents. You have set the bar high for safe work several years ago & continue to prove that it can be achieved year after year! Thank you for your dedication to work SAFE!”

Matthew started his career at Danos in 2011 as an operations assistant. Today he works as a production supervisor in our production workforce division. Matthew is a graduate of Nicholls State University and holds a B.S. in management and a minor in marketing.
