The Danos Safety Portal is a web-based, mobile-friendly application designed to increase the accessibility, visibility and analytical capabilities of Danos’ safety data. The system allows for quick and easy entry of data for key, safety-driven processes and procedures. Management can quickly search, review and provide feedback on the forms and data entered into the application. The system can also provide accurate analytics, which allows the safety department to track trends and identify problem areas.

Key Functions of the Safety Portal

Safety Action Plan: The Safety Action Plan tracks forms that employees are required to submit such as WATCH cards, Hand Audits and JSEA Audits. This functionality allows a user to check their action plan participation and real-time progress toward reaching their goals from anywhere at any time.

Incident Report Tracking: Utilization of the system for incident report tracking allows Danos to identify trends in data that were previously hidden or obscured. It also puts an incident report at management’s fingertips at any time and utilizes notifications to ensure key people know about incidents as soon as a report is created.

The Safety Portal includes the following additional features:

  • Action plan tracking
  • RCA Review/Corrective Action tracking
  • HSE audit tracking
  • JSEA audit tracking
  • Hand audit tracking
  • WATCH card tracking
  • Site visit tracking
  • Offshore visit tracking
  • Safety meeting tracking
  • GPS audit tracking
  • User specific, customizable dashboards
  • Improved analytical capabilities

This new safety feature will further enable Danos' work with our value of safety in mind.
