Shell Olympus Recognizes Long Le and Khanh Tran

By: Scott Soto

Olympus crew, led by Foreman Long Le and Relief Foreman Khanh Tran, recently took advantage of an opportunity when several portable water tanks were removed from an area allowing full access to the decks. Upon completing the work, the crew was immediately recognized by Shell leadership and Danos leadership for the safe (Goal Zero) work and the quality of the work that will ultimately extend the service life of the deck area.

Way to go Long and Khanh! Thank you for taking the initiative and exemplifying the Danos high performance culture trait bias to action.

“Wow! Great work on the potable water tank deck! This exemplifies taking advantage of opportunities when the portable water tanks were removed! I feel confident with the proper quality control and assurances. We’ll get at least 15 years of service! Again, great job!” - Chad Weidert, Gulf East paint engineer/activity coordinator

"Excellent work! I’d like to extend recognition to you, Travers, Long Le and the entire crew. Thank you for your emphasis on quality and safety. Well done!" - Matt Falzone with Shell
