Shell SEC Employee of the Month

05-Dec-2018

Danos Central Receiving Specialist Brock Danos noticed that a mechanic from a 3rd party vendor did not look well. The mechanic said he wasn’t feeling too well but would be okay. Brock used better judgment determining that the individual was not fit for duty and called the terminal supervisor, who called the third-party vendor company man to report. The mechanic was taken to a medical facility to be checked out. Brock was named the Shell Safety Excellence Committee Employee of the Month for October. This is another example of how being your brother’s keeper extends all employees at your jobsite, not just your Danos co-workers.
