Work With a Side of Fun

By: Brian Gray

Staying connected during limited face-to-face interaction can be challenging, but our employees in Midland found a way to remain engaged with others in the workplace from a distance.

Recently, the team participated in a virtual team building exercise where employees were asked to send in a photo of their best looking dinner over the weekend. The winner was Edgar Ovalle, field supervisor, for his unique and tasty-looking fish dinner. Congratulations, Edgar!

This is just one example of staying connected virtually. We challenge you to come up with creative ways to remain engaged with your fellow team. Snap some photos and send to!
