2017 Field Employee of the Year

Nominations for the 2017 Field Employee of the Year are now open.

Dwain “Hog” Carrell was the first recipient of the Field Employee of the Year award in 2001. He was a construction project manager and embodied our values and high-performance traits during his 15 years at Danos. After his death in 2008, the Field Employee of the Year Award was renamed in his honor. The 2017 winner will be the 17th person chosen for this award.

Nomination forms may be submitted by any active Danos employee and will be accepted up until close of business Monday, February 19.

The following questions are included on the nomination form:

  • How has the person you are nominating lived the following company values—integrity, safety, improvement, respect, and service?
  • How has the person you are nominating demonstrated the following high-performance culture
  • traits—open to change, participates in coaching, passionate about winning, bias to action, willing to challenge and debate, and empowers teamwork?
  • What is the WOW factor or the compelling reason for the nomination?
