Best-Looking Hulls in the Gulf

Andy Ho, Danos Coatings Foreman, and his 17 person crew recently completed the paint campaign at Mars. The crew performed coatings maintenance to the NE and NW hull columns and exceeded all expectations for project performance. Andy Ho, Minh Nguyen, and Ashton Nguyen deserve special thanks for leading this team to success and keeping GOAL ZERO at the forefront of all efforts. Over the last six months there have been many people who also deserve credit for their dedication to making this project a success. Recruiting, training, logistics, personnel coordination, and project administration all worked in harmony to ensure this crew had everything they needed to execute this project at the highest level.

Mars Operations Manager and the Maintenance and Integrity Leads made multiple visits to the platform and reported back their satisfaction with the safe performance of the Danos paint crew. They were very appreciative of the quality and productivity this crew could bring to the Mars Paint Campaign. This was a very successful campaign and was accomplished under budget, ahead of schedule, and most importantly with GOAL ZERO intact.
