Danos Recognized For Out-Standing Support of Veterans

ESGR Representative Larry Jones presented Hank Danos with three awards for the company. Danos received the following awards:

Pro Patria Award

ESGR’s Pro Patria Award is presented annually by each ESGR State Committee to one small, one large and one public sector employer in their state or territory. Recipients have demonstrated the greatest support to Guard and Reserve employees through their leadership and practices, including adopting personnel policies that make it easier for employees to participate in the National Guard and Reserves. This is the highest level award that may be bestowed by a state ESGR committee.

Seven Seals Award

The Seven Seals Award is in recognition of significant individual or organizational achievement, initiative, or support that promotes and supports the ESGR mission, to include the efforts of the more than 4,700 volunteers who carry out ESGR’s mission across the Nation on a daily basis. Danos received this award because we employ and support members in all seven branches of the military.

Semi-Finalist for the Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award

ESGR’s award program culminates with the Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award, the highest recognition given by the U.S. Government to employers for their outstanding support of employees serving in the Guard and Reserve. Danos was a semi-finalist on a national level and 1 of only 3 employers recognized from Louisiana.
