Key Connections

26-May-2021

At this time last year, all lives were changed during the “challenging and unprecedented times.” These words were repeated daily in news reports throughout 2020 with what seemed to be no end in sight. What a difference a year makes! As the country begins to slowly emerge from the countless restrictions of the pandemic, we are especially looking forward to reconnecting with so many of you that we have not been able to see face to face. A welcome challenge or problem now becomes, do we greet one another with a big smile, a brief fist bump or a full grip handshake? You know the saying, “This is a good problem to have.”

In the coming weeks and months, you will begin to see signs of Danos group gatherings in which teams are celebrating important milestones in safety and service, lessons learned and employee recognitions just to name a few. There will also be a renewed presence at job sites, crew changes and customer locations from members of the Danos staff. Providing personalized support is one of the many things that makes us different from our competition and how we live the company values of  Integrity, Safety, Service, Improvement and Respect.

There will also be an increasing number of team members at the various Danos offices as we welcome folks back. Many have been working in different ways over the last year from various remote locations, and all became quite proficient at leveraging technology. It has been a reunion of sorts at the offices as everyone personally reconnects.

While there is always room for improvement, we take pride in having earned a reputation of not treating people like numbers and caring for others in ways that are valued by employees. Ultimately, the employee experience strategy is based on the idea that most everyone has a choice. We will continue be intentional in our efforts to connect with you and appreciate you choosing Danos as your place of employment.
